Museum
Welcome to the Irish Jewish Museum, we have a heritage like no other!
The Museum has a unique collection of memorabilia and artefacts from the Irish Jewish community. We have been welcoming individuals and groups to the museum since 1985.
As we move forward, the museum needs to upgrade it facilities to better serve and house the unique collection of artifacts and historical items that comprise our collection. To find out a little more about what we have planned click the link below.
You will find us in the old Jewish neighbourhood of Portobello, just a short distance or a twenty minute walk from St. Stephen’s Green.
Whatever your reason to visit, whether to learn about Jewish life, to find out about the Jewish-Irish experience or to trace your genealogy, you will be pleased that you paid us a visit.
As a small independent, volunteer museum, we are very grateful for your support.
We remember those no longer with us who established the museum and those who worked to foster the warm, enriching ambiance over the years.
