Between 1939 and 1947, 4 ships plied the seas. All four of them carried Jews. The St. Louis carried jews trying to escape Nazi Germany. The Dunera carried Jews being interned in Australia. The Struma and the Exodus carried Jews who were trying to reach the shores of the Jewish homeland.

In this talk Yankee Fachler shows that in the case of the St. Louis, the US Administration was the bad guy. In the case of the other three tragic voyages, the British were squarely to blame for the tragedies that unfolded.
