The Irish Jewish Museum is pleased to invite you to a talk “The Forgotten Refugees” The History of the persecution and expulsion of the Jews of Iraq.

The Irish Catholic Newspaper recently interviewed Aida for an article on the “Lost History: understanding the unseen story of Iraqi Jews”. She feels very strongly about this “Lost History”.
Aida was born in Baghdad, grew up in the UK, went to the Hebrew University, Jerusalem, and has been living on the Beara Peninsula in West Cork for the last 12 years.
